Hi, with a mimimum pay-out of 2 or 3 USD, but a fee of 15 USD, this makes absolutely no sense at all. I understand fees are based on traffic, but 15 USD is crazy. When are fees likely to go down?

I agree, blame the miners according to the blockchain notification because it is a fee that goes to miners and not for blockchain.

about the issue traffic, it is not because why they charged fee, traffic issue is for delayed confirmations.

The best solution for you is Just use other processors available for Non- Depositor.
