In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Make sure you have visit the FAQ BEFORE submitting a ticket. Tickets will be replied within 72 hours or more depends on the number of tickets we received. Questions that has been found on FAQ and (or) impolite or not written in English will be totally ignored and will be deleted. You must understand English to use properly our Support Section, otherwise, You are violating the Terms Of Service.
