PayPal Issue.

Yesterday when I woke up I saw message from PayPal:

"As a part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for
buyers and sellers, we perform routine reviews of merchant accounts.

We’re currently reviewing your account.

To allow time to work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you
can do with your account until you provide the information below and take
the actions listed.

- Supplier contact information
- Business model information:
o Provide documentation proving ownership of the item you are renting/
selling/ listing.
o Business formation date
o Reason for the increase in payments
o Expected monthly payment volume for the next 6 months
o Do you post from inventory or drop ship?
o Number of staff
o Cash flow position

- Profit and Loss
- Balance sheet
- Audit accounts
- Management accounts"

We sent them all required documents, call them, and now waiting for review. This can take up to 7 days. In this period as you can see, we can not send money and payments will be on pending. Deposits are allowed. Do not make a panic, as you can see, we always have a lot of money in account, sites are profitable, have all documents, taxes are paid according a low, but our income getting high and PayPal need to protect themselves. I asking you just to be patient and for cooperation. You know that we paid $180.000 in last 15 months on time. Will be everything okay.

We have a saying in Wales.. Cant live with Paypal, cant get rid of Paypal..
They make us jump through hoops to make themselves seem important.. I know they say security etc etc and their accounts are very very safe, but surely they should have a system in place that requires a schedule of producing updated documents so Paypal, site owners and members alike all know where they are, whats happening and when..
This thing with Paypal has obliterated so many sites because of the general mistrust of PTCs.. Of course SilverClix is a reliable and solid PTC but this situation wont help much.

Paypal is monopoly which should have some restriction when speaking of its rights. Probably European Court will have some force to change some rules in this credit institution. Otherwise we will all suffer.
